摘要: A rhodium-catalyzed C-H selective amination of 2,4-diarylquinazolines has been developed with the commercially available N-fluorobenzenesulfonimide as the amino source. This approach offers a unique route for direct C-H amidation and demonstrates remarkable functional group tolerance and regioselectivity.
