摘要: Pyrido [1,2-alpha] pyrimidinone represents a unique class of mesoionic heterocyclic compounds with a broad spectrum of functions. Notably, these compounds exhibit significant biological activity, including antibacterial, anti-cancer, insecticidal, and herbicidal properties. Their structure has been widely utilized in various chemical modifications. This study, guided by the principle of structural splicing, focused on modifying the benzene ring, pyrido ring, and side chain of Triflumezopyrim. Through the ring-forming reactions involving benzyl and ester compounds, a series of pyrido [1,2-alpha] pyrimidinone derivatives were synthesized. The research revealed that several of these compounds demonstrated high insecticidal activity against aphids. Molecular docking results indicated that compounds could act on nicotinic acetylcholine receptors. These findings support the potential application of pyrido [1,2-alpha] pyrimidinone compounds as novel insecticides.
