摘要: Single factor and Plackett-Burman design were used to determine the key environmental factors for Aspergillus flavus growth and aflatoxin production. The results showed that the key factors were culture time, moisture content. So Controling of moisture was crucial for Aflatoxin contamination prevention and control.
